Yuasa Trading Co. Ltd. and its group companies (“Yuasa Trading Group”) accept applications for the notice of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, etc. and suspension of use, etc. of personal information held by the Yuasa Trading Group in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Request for Disclosure

Method of Response
If the Yuasa Trading Group confirms that the request for disclosure, etc. is made by the person himself / herself, in principle, we will respond without delay by the following method:

Purpose of Use of Personal Information Obtained through Requests, etc.
The personal information obtained through requests for disclosure, etc. will be used for investigation for the procedures, confirming the identity of the person to whom the information pertains and the representative thereof, collecting fees, and responding to the request for disclosure, etc.
Fees
When making a request for notice of the purpose of use, disclosure of information, etc., please submit the request to the request contact with 420 yen worth of postage stamps for each instance accompanying the request form(s). If the fees are insufficient or if the fees are not enclosed, we will contact you, but the request will be treated as not being made if payment is not made within the prescribed period.
