Basic Approach

The YUASA TRADING Group has contributed to creating a prosperous society based on its management philosophy of Honesty and Trust, Enterprise and Innovation, and Regard for the Individual, which has been the spirit of the Group since its founding.
Respect for human rights is a critical element in the business activities of the YUASA TRADING Group, and we have established the YUASA TRADING Group Human Rights Policy based on the Sustainability Declaration announced in October 2021.
All directors and employees of YUASA TRADING Co., Ltd. and its group companies will practice this Human Rights Policy throughout their business activities. We will also ask our business partners, including suppliers, to respect human rights and not violate them.

Efforts Towards Health Promotion and Maintenance

  • The YUASA TRADING Group, based on the United Nations "Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights," strives to comply with international human rights norms, including the International Bill of Human Rights (Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Covenants on Human Rights) and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.

  • The YUASA TRADING Group complies with the laws and regulations of each country where it conducts business. If there is a discrepancy between the laws of these countries and internationally recognized human rights standards, we will pursue ways to respect the internationally recognized human rights standards.
